WINTER IS COMING – 10th EDITION
October 24 & 25, 2026 – MachOne Helmond
This year marks a special milestone: MachOne Helmond is hosting Winter is Coming for the 10th time!
On Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25, we’re wrapping up the season with a full weekend of 1:8 offroad racing. Both 1:8 Nitro Buggy and 1:8 E-Buggy will compete on our 100% astro-turf track.
As always, Winter is Coming is all about exciting racing, plenty of track time and, of course, a great atmosphere at MachOne.
RACE PROGRAMME
Friday, October 23 – Optional Free Practice
Arriving in Helmond on Friday? You’re more than welcome!
Our track will be open for free practice on Friday for everyone registered for Winter is Coming.
Can’t make it on Friday? No problem at all! The actual race weekend starts on Saturday. Friday’s free practice is simply an extra opportunity and is not required to participate in the event.
Saturday, October 24 – Qualifying
The official race programme starts on Saturday morning.
Qualifying sessions will take place throughout the day, with the final sessions expected to finish at approximately 19:00.
Sunday, October 25 – Finals
Sunday is finals day!
We aim to finish the final races at approximately 15:00, giving everyone enough time to travel home afterwards.

The entry fee is €20 when paid in advance via PayPal.

HOTEL
Planning to stay for the entire weekend and looking for a hotel?

COVERED PIT AREA AND PIT TENTS
Our covered pit area has enough space for approximately 40 to 50 drivers.
If you would like to keep the same pit space for the following day, simply leave your pit mat or something similar on your table at the end of the day.
There is also plenty of space on our premises to set up your own pit tent.
PARKING AND LOADING/UNLOADING
For safety reasons and to ensure emergency vehicle access, cars are not permitted to park inside the race venue. Campers and caravans are exempt from this restriction.
Cars must be parked along the dike next to our premises.
Loading and unloading your equipment is permitted at the entrance barrier. Afterwards, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area.
CANTEEN
Our canteen will be open throughout the race weekend.
We offer French fries, hamburger sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, sweets and a selection of hot and cold drinks.
Card payments are preferred.
Sunday Morning Breakfast
Breakfast vouchers for Sunday morning can be purchased on Saturday.
Breakfast will be served on Sunday between 08:00 and 09:00, so you can start finals day properly prepared.
OVERNIGHT EQUIPMENT STORAGE
Don’t want to take all your racing equipment with you every evening?
Overnight storage is available in one of our locked containers at the venue.
CAMPERS AND CARAVANS
Planning to stay at MachOne with your camper or caravan?
Please send us an email in advance so we can reserve a space for you.
Advance reservations are required for all campers and caravans.
Please note that no electricity will be available for campers or caravans during the day.
HEAT GUNS AND HAIR DRYERS
Our electrical supply cannot support the use of high-powered electrical heating equipment for preheating nitro engines.
Therefore, the use of heat guns, hair dryers and similar electrical devices for heating nitro engines is not permitted during the event.
PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Motorsport, including RC car racing, always involves certain risks. By registering and entering the MachOne premises, you acknowledge these risks and participate at your own risk. MachOne cannot be held liable for personal injury, damage, loss or theft during the event, to the extent permitted by law.
We kindly ask everyone to follow the organisers’ instructions and help us create a safe, enjoyable and sporting race weekend.
